Who We Are
This website is operated by Fort Myers Software Development LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Fort Myers, Florida. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Fort Myers Software Development LLC.
What We Collect
When you fill out a contact form on this site, we collect the information you give us - typically your name, email, phone number, city, the message you write and, if you ask for a call, the day and time window you'd prefer. We don't collect anything you don't enter. A requested call is not added to any calendar: it is emailed to Kevin, who confirms it by replying to you. Like the rest of your message, it stays on the server only in the rare case described under Security below.
Our web server logs standard request information (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) to operate the site and detect abuse. Logs are retained for no more than 30 days.
This website does not use third-party analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or social-media pixels.
How We Use It
We use the information you submit only to respond to you. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. We do not add you to any marketing list unless you explicitly ask to be added.
Cookies
This site does not set any tracking cookies. A future update may set a single functional cookie to remember a theme preference; we'll update this policy if so.
If you email us, we keep that email and our reply as long as it's useful for the project, then archive or delete it. We don't share it with anyone outside our company.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your Rights
You may at any time:
- Ask us what information we have about you
- Ask us to correct or update it
- Ask us to delete it (subject to any legal or accounting record-keeping obligations)

Security
The contact form is served over HTTPS. We use modern, supported software for our website and email. We do not use libraries or platforms with known unpatched vulnerabilities.
When you submit the contact form, your browser sends it over HTTPS to our web server, which emails it to Kevin@runuck.com through our email provider's servers. The web server does not keep a copy of your message, with one exception: if the hand-off to email fails, the message is saved on the server so it can be delivered by hand, and it is deleted once handled. To detect abuse, the server keeps a small log of each submission attempt (timestamp, a one-way hashed form of your IP address, the topic and city you selected, whether you asked for a call, and whether the message was sent) for no more than 30 days, and it limits how many messages one address can send per hour. Email is not end-to-end encrypted by default. Don't put truly sensitive information (passwords, credit card numbers, social security numbers) in the message.
Changes
If we materially change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and (where appropriate) reach out to existing clients.
