Why Work With Us

  • Local work, local clients. You'll talk to the people who use what you build. They live in your town.
  • Real software, every kind. Web apps, native and cross-platform mobile, Windows and macOS desktop, server backends, shell scripts and automation. Pick a lane or stay a generalist.
  • Stable tech stack philosophy. We don't chase the framework-of-the-month. We use proven, secure tools so your code still works in five years.
  • Sane hours. No on-call hell. No 2 AM deploys. Hurricane season gets respected.
  • Mentorship. Senior developers pair with juniors. Juniors ship real work. Everyone learns.
  • Florida tax advantage. No state income tax. Your $80k goes further in Lee County than the same salary in most of the country.

Open Positions

Software Developer (Web, Mobile, Desktop, or Systems)

Fort Myers, FL (Hybrid or Remote) Full-Time $75,000 – $110,000 3+ years experience

Our most common role. You'll build software across whichever platform fits the problem — sometimes that's a web app, sometimes a mobile app, sometimes a desktop tool, sometimes a backend service or a script that runs at 2 AM. You'll talk to clients directly (we'll coach you on this if you haven't done it before).

You probably have:

  • Strong skills in at least one general-purpose language: TypeScript/Node, Python, C#/.NET, Go, Java/Kotlin, Swift, Rust, Ruby, PHP, or similar
  • Comfort with SQL and relational database design
  • Production experience — you've shipped real software to real users on at least one platform
  • Willingness to work outside your default platform when a project needs it
  • Clear written communication

You don't need: a CS degree, FAANG experience, every framework on Hacker News, or to be a specialist in one stack. Generalists thrive here.

Mobile Application Developer (iOS / Android)

Fort Myers, FL (Hybrid or Remote) Full-Time or Contract $70,000 – $105,000 2+ years experience

Build the apps that go on the phones in our clients' techs, drivers, captains, and customers' pockets. Native or cross-platform — both are real options here depending on the project.

You probably have:

  • Shipped mobile apps to the App Store, Play Store, or enterprise distribution
  • Native experience (Swift / SwiftUI, Kotlin / Jetpack Compose) or cross-platform (React Native, Flutter)
  • Comfort with offline-first design — SWFL has signal-dead zones and our clients work in them
  • Understanding of platform conventions and store submission
  • Bonus: backend / API experience so you can wire your own data layer

Desktop Application Developer (Windows / macOS / Linux)

Fort Myers, FL (Hybrid or Remote) Full-Time or Contract $70,000 – $105,000 2+ years experience

Desktop is alive and well. Point-of-sale software, kiosk apps, scientific and trade tools, retail-counter applications, and modernization of aging Access / FoxPro / VB6 systems. If you know how to ship a polished desktop app, we have real projects for you.

You probably have:

  • Native Windows (C#/.NET, WPF, WinUI, WinForms) or native macOS (Swift, AppKit) experience
  • Or cross-platform (Electron, Tauri, Qt, Avalonia) experience and willingness to learn native idioms
  • Understanding of installers, code signing, and auto-updates
  • Comfort with file-system, hardware, and OS-level integration

Automation, Scripting & Systems Engineer

Fort Myers, FL (Hybrid or Remote) Full-Time or Contract $65,000 – $100,000 2+ years experience

You're the person who quietly automates a thing every week and the office gets noticeably less stressed for it. Shell scripts, scheduled jobs, server provisioning, integrations between systems that don't want to talk, monitoring, backups, DevOps for our client projects.

You probably have:

  • Strong Bash or PowerShell or Python scripting
  • Comfort on a Linux command line
  • Experience with at least one of: Docker, systemd, cron, scheduled tasks, CI/CD, Ansible, Terraform
  • API integration experience (REST, webhooks, OAuth)
  • A pragmatic streak — the best automation is sometimes a 10-line shell script, not a Kubernetes cluster

Junior Developer / Apprentice

Fort Myers, FL (In-Office) Full-Time $45,000 – $60,000 Entry-level

If you're early in your software journey and live in Southwest Florida, this is a real path in. You'll pair with senior developers, ship code to real clients in your first month, and learn how the business side of software actually works. Any platform interest welcome — web, mobile, desktop, scripting.

You probably have:

  • Built something on your own — a portfolio site, a side project, a script that solves a problem, a contribution to open source, a half-finished mobile app, anything
  • Basic comfort in at least one programming language
  • Willingness to ask questions, take notes, and write things down
  • Genuine interest in the craft — you read about code in your spare time, not because you have to

You don't need: a CS degree. We hire bootcamp grads, self-taught developers, career-changers, and FGCU students.

We also hire designers, technical writers, project managers, QA engineers, DevOps folks, and security-focused engineers on a project basis. If you do work that touches software and you live in SWFL, send us a note.

  2. A link to code or artifacts we can look at (GitHub, GitLab, App Store, a screenshot of a desktop tool, anything)
  3. Your resume if you have one (it's not required)
