7. Free and Premium Services

Free Tier: Limited to 3 resumes and basic templates. Free forever with no payment required.

Premium Tier: Unlimited resumes and access to all templates. Subscription fees apply and are billed according to your chosen plan.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Premium subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion and typically within 30 days of purchase if the Service was not as described.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that resumes created will result in employment. We make no guarantees about the suitability of our templates for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect your use of the Service.
